内部控制协调员直接向内控经理汇报, 负责促进公司内部控制体系的实施。内部控制协调员与运营,财务和系统的管理层共同确保公司内部控制系统执行的效率和效果。
The Internal Control (IC) Coordinator works directly for the Internal Control Manager in an organization, and facilitates the execution of the system of internal controls for that organization. Operating, Finance, and Systems management are jointly accountable for ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the control system.
主要职责/Main Responsibilities:
· 流程的管理Process Management
- 检查公司的流程评估控制的充分性。Proactively examine processes within the organization to evaluate adequacy of controls.
- 确保流程是基于与控制相关的标准, 提供给管理层合理的保证:在所有重大财务及运营流程中存在充分的控制。(使用自我评估流程进行衡量)Confirm a process is used based on control-related metrics that provides management assurance that adequate controls (as evaluated through a self-assessment process) are in place for all key financial and operating processes.
- 管理层确保符合财务手册的健全的内部控制自我评估流程被执行,内部控制协调员应该:Local management is to ensure that a robust internal control self-assessment process consistent with requirements of Finance Manual has been implemented. IC Coordinators are to:
- 促进持续审核和报告流程以及问题跟踪流程在公司内的实行。 Facilitate ongoing review and reporting throughout the organization and follow-up on issues identified
- 解释说明公司的政策和流程,关注公司内部业务操作的符合性及标准化。Facilitate interpretation of policies and procedures; direct focus on compliance to and standardization of work practices within the organization.
- 报告所有发现的重大问题,即运营过程中发现的重大问题应向全球审计办公室报告Facilitate reporting of all known major deficiencies, known as major Operation Identified Comments are reported to the General Auditor's Office 。
- 参与制定或评估纠正措施的计划,以确保发现的问题被注明根本原因,及时执行并有持续的解决方案。Participate in the development or evaluation of corrective action plans to address root causes, implement timely and provide sustainable resolution of identified deficiencies.
- 按照需要对运营的流程和系统进行专门的研究。Perform or assist with special studies of operating processes and systems, as requested
- 根据财务管理层的需要,执行或协助对外部服务提供者的流程审计或控制的评估。Perform or assist with process audits, or controls evaluation, of outside service providers as requested by local Finance management.
- 按需提供培训项目或协助风险评估流程的实施。Provide training programs or assistance in risk assessing process controls where required or requested.
- 在公司内恰当地传达控制问题,趋势数据,新的政策,更新的授权批准等级和其它相关的文件。Cascade control issues, trend data, new policies, updated approval authorities, and other related material throughout the organization as appropriate.
·流程的改进Process Improvements
- 促使整个公司的所有的业务和财务流程执行“最佳运作”。Support the implementation of "best practices" throughout the organization for all operating and finance processes.
· 参与新流程的设计或者新流程的审核,确保它们的控制是有效率和效果的。Participate in the design of new processes, or review of new processes or acquisitions, to ensure they are efficient and effectively controlled.
- 与业务负责人和系统的专家共同准备应用系统的控制审核,确保所有在应用系统控制审核中发现的问题被解决,制定会议纪要并在应用系统控制审核的网站上关闭此系统。Facilitate preparation of ACRs with appropriate business owners and IT professionals, ensure all control issues identified in ACR process are resolved, and finalize meeting minutes, and close ACR on the ACR 552 Website.
·非常事件Unusual Events
- 确保任何异常事件都报告给执委会;并根据需要帮助调查。Ensure Executive Operations is advised of any unusual events; assist in reviews, as requested.
- 根据需要,协助调查控制方面的缺陷,并与运营管理层共同制定相关的纠正措施。Assist, as requested, in the investigation of control breakdowns; lead local investigations as required, and facilitate related corrective actions with Operating Management.
任职要求/ Qualifications:
· 审计、会计等相关专业本科学历;
Bachelor degree with major in audit or accountant related;
- 具有2年以上财务相关工作经验
More than 2 years work experience in finance related.
- 英语流利.
Fluent English language skills required.
- 熟练应用Excel、Word、PPT等MS办公软件.
Proficient with the Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- 良好的组织沟通、协调、解决问题的能力
Good capability of interpersonal communication, harmony and problem-settlement.
- 良好的团队精神和服务意识
Team work oriented and desired to service
优先录取的录用条件/ Preferred qualifications
- 具有企业内部审计或会计师事务所审计工作经验者;
With experience in enterprise inner audit or audit work experience in accountant firm;
- 具有CIA资格证书者。
Have CIA certificate.

Changan Ford Mazda Automobile Corporation Ltd.
