职位描述
Job Output:
Provides financial information and analysis to Armstrong Wujiang project.
Facilitating profit improvement and CAPEX/asset management opportunities.
Responsible for all financial reporting, both external and internal.
Facilitates appropriate customer billings, domestic and inter-company.
Facilitates appropriate cost study and cost reduction efforts.
Key Process (Ownership/Participation):
Provides financial guidance and counsel for manufacturing management, develops financial analysis, and support manufacturing cost control and period expense, SG&A control.
Improving our CAPEX forecasting processes and information, analysis of our spending with potential problems and opportunities identified
Work closely with project team and active participate in project review meetings on maintaining breakdown and accurate accounts of actual spending , budgeting and forecasting.
Supervise financial reporting and general ledger consolidation for partner entities for both internal and external reporting, also make sure compliance of all financial reporting with PRC GAAP and U.S. GAAP.
Cooperating with sales management, responsible to execute trade and inter-company billings for manufactured products.
Leads the process of developing sales and manufacturing cost and asset budget, provides appropriate measures to determine performance versus budgeted or planned expenditures.
Monitor the operation of the accounting department, ensure accurate general ledger, subsidiary legers and records; perform timely and accurate period-end closing and preparation of financial statements.
Provide financial analysis to support management review and performance measurement, facilitate profit improvement and proper utilization of capital spending.
Perform forecasting of operation on rolling basis
Assist in formulating financial plans and strategies;
Conduct training and coaching to employees in accounting function.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Organizational Relationships:
Reports directly to Finance Director, China Operations
Strong partnership with Strategic Project Manager of Armstrong Wujiang project.
Supervises Finance teams for Wujiang project.

Compliance with finance policy and standard for both PRC and US GAAP.

Effectiveness of manufacturing cost and inventory management
Billing accuracy
Value Added Activities:
Cost effective manufacturing management through analysis and effective measures
Analysis of manufacturing capital projects
Planning (short and long term)
Education & Work Experience:
Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance.
At least eight years of accounting experience with a minimum of three years in a product manufacturing environment. Relevant experience in a cost accounting/manufacturing role may be considered in lieu of controllership requirement.
Experience working in multi-national company with matrix reporting relationships.
Project finance experiences are preferred.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
Demonstrated ability to link and analyze plant operational metrics to financial performance.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communications with the ability to share knowledge at appropriate levels of the organization.
Customer focused with strong attention to detail and capable of delivering accurate, quality results in a timely, consistent, and professional manner.
Strong interpersonal and team building skills including the ability to interact comfortably and respectfully with all levels of plant and corporate personnel.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Good command of English.
