Purpose of job:
? Support Company's HR process improvement programs & projects to support business development needs in APAC region. This position will work with project team to perform fit/gap analysis, configure, test, resolve issues, design/provide business process solutions to improve productivity and efficiency as well as providing support to and training users with the guide from his/her manager. This position will also establish data integrity protocols for ongoing administration and will work with user groups to ensure all the HR systems going well in APAC
Responsibilities:
? Partner with HRBP and Function Teams to drive productivity by improving process efficiency with systematic methodology, quality and automation support. Define IT requirements if needed.
? Lead or participate in HR process related project including requirement analysis, functional design, system implementation and rollout etc.
? Provide process improvement methodology, tools & knowledge to process owners in HR operations.
? Ensure HR process improvement aligned with business needs.
? Support in developing HR cost & data analysis reports and tools by leveraging HR technology.
? Other tasks assigned by manager.
Working Relationship:
? Internal - HR, IT, Finance, etc.
? External - Vendors or Consultants
Knowledge and Skills Required:
? Bachelor degree
? 5-8 years HR work experience
? Good understanding of overall HR practice, policies and processes including Staffing, C&B, T&D and other HR functions
? Hands on experience on HR process improvement and SAP system.
? Project management and change management experiences, PMP certificate is preferred.
? Excellent communication skills, strong analytical/problem-solving skills, self-motivated and attention to details
? Good English in written
