For ZF Lenksysteme China, we are searching for a MRO Purchasing Engineer
Location: Shanghai, China,
OUR OFFER
l To be responsible for fulfilling MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Operation and CAPEX (e.g. machines, measuring equipment) purchasing request from different departments in LSCNM
l To assess and develop new potential suppliers and to maintain the supplier database
l To request for quotation from supplier side and make quotation comparison
l To negotiate with suppliers for commercial terms to nominate supplier and ensure the best lead time and price
l To be responsible for contracting, ordering, following up order/delivery and payment arrangement for purchased goods
l To maintain the relevant contracts and keep all records up to date
l To finish the monthly purchasing report on time
l To make continuous improvement to achieve cost saving and better purchase condition
l To solve the problems related to suppliers
YOUR PROFILE
l minimum 3 years working experiences in CAPEX and MRO purchasing in multi-national company
l College or above, major of industrial engineering or mechanical engineering, or business administration with deep technical knowledge
l fluent English in writing & speaking is must
l Good at MS Office tools. Familiar with SAP System
l Familiar with the supplier and market of capital goods and MRO
l Familiar with purchasing process
l Good negotiation and problem solving skill
l open minded, reliable, team spirit
l Fast learner, and service mind set
