Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Security operations:

• Access Badge manage:(New badge/TEMP badge/FCO badge issuing)

• Access & CCTV system maintenance & repair

• Image Capturing control

• Material Move control

• Office keys control

• Parking lots and parking pass manage

• Security staff team operation managing/supervising/training

• Lead investigation and resolution of any security related incidents

• Work with FORD global security team to make sure REC security is in compliance with Ford Global

Security Standards and Requirements

• Local government engagement on security legal laws, regulations and requirements
  Security operations and management status and levels Benchmark on local foreign companies or joint ventures
• REC security processes designing, reviewing, improving and implementation supervising
  Conduct and support Global Security Review on MCRP/GAO
• Lead and engage security system new establishment or upgrading project for new building project or existingbuilding retrofitting project, including access control system and CCTV system design, upgrading and final acceptance testing

Security related report out
- Fire system operations:

• Fire system maintenance of existing installations (Fire Pumps, Sprinklers, valves, smoke detectors, alarm systems, portable extinguishers, etc).
• External fire system maintenance service vendor management
• Local government engagement on Fire legal laws, regulations and requirements
• Work with AON, FORD Global Fire Risk Management Consulting (RMC) to make sure REC fire system is in compliance with Ford Global Fire

Standards and Requirements

• Conduct and support Global Fire System management Review on MCRP/GAO
• Conduct the annual Aon Fire Risk onsite Survey&Test, including the following up corrective actions
• Play an important role in fire system new establishment or upgrading project for new building project or existing building retrofitting project, including fire system design, upgrading, final acceptance testing andhandover
• Hot Work approval and related process reviewing and implementing
• REC fire processes designing, reviewing, improving and implementation supervising
• Fire safety training
• Fire drill coordinate
• Fire related report out

- BCP coordination

• Coordinate REC BCP annual review program, including BCP documents review, training and testing.
• Support the REC functional reviewing on BCP

- Site Emergency Response Plan involvement

• Engaged in REC Emergency Response Plan (ERP) as a key member for discussing, reviewing, implementing, and supervising etc

Candidate Specification:

• Bachelor degree
• Above five years' experience on security & fire related areas

• Strong vocational acumen and professional knowledge in security and fire systems and operational management

• Strong ability on problem analysis

• Strong communication skills in English

• Strong initiative and team work spirits

• Strong customer orientation mindset

• Strong detail oriented and follow through ability

• Strong capability in Working together with service vendor, including effective communication skills, analysis ability and managing ability etc.

• Experiences on company security and fire management

• Lead the security team operation and fire drill

• Educated and proper behaviors

• Skilled office software operations
