Ensure the quality of the manufacturing of products on a day –to –day basis fit within th framework of the quality of the system
Develop shop floor work instructions
Develop new or optimize existing processes, utilizing tools
Perform studies and equipment recommendations
Provides guidance or leads tool designs. Ensures the effective use of material, equipment and personnel in producing quality products most effectively at minimum costs and support the development of quotations in response to our customer’s RFQs

Requirements
Bachelor’s or technical equivalent degree in relevant field, 3yrs+ experience within electronic assembly industry
Good mechanical/electrical skill
Knowledge of SPC, soldering processes, plastic welding processes and through-hole assembly
Good command of English(written and spoken) and computer
