Part 1. Describe the Position

Summary:

(1) Job Purpose: One-sentence description of the overall purpose/mission of the job; the rationale of why the job exists and how it contributes to the company.

A) List the essential functions and major activities in order of their importance.

· Life cycle ownership of Engineered Product Orders from order receipt through collections, including order reconciliation, order entry, planning, ITO, product configuration, requisitioning major buyouts, documentation accountability, schedule accountability, commercial accountability, margin reporting, with cycle time improvement through all processes.

· Position interacts in all areas of the company including finance, Sales, Warehouse, Engineering, Quality, sourcing, etc.

· Additional interaction is to work with order handling team in oversee factory.

· Prepare order, sale, ITR report to manager;

· Work in and around a matrix team; understand methods to lead team to success while increasing performance and accountability. Customer, sales and internal escalation must be utilized to protect ITT interest and performance. Project management tools not limited to MS Project or other unique means to manage and share project schedules.

· Other jobs assigned by supervisor or Manager

Part 2. Describe the Person

A) Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience).

(1) bKey technical skills and knowledge.

(2) Performance Measures/ KPIs

· 4 year Engineering or Business degree and/or equivalent experience

· Five or more years experience with one or more of the following: order processing, order management, contracts/project administration in a manufacturing environment

· previous experience as a contract administrator, contract engineer or project manager helpful

· Technical product knowledge

· Understanding contract terms and conditions

· Excel and Word

· Must be a team player, demonstrate leadership abilities, able to multitask, work under high pressure situations, good negotiation skills, good expediting skills, strong communications skills

· Highest standards for performance and ethics.

· Knowledge of quality and its fundamental business applications.

· Good command of basic MS software programs. A good skill on ERP is preferred.

· Good command of both oral and written English is preferred.
