General Summary:

Implement IT plan and systems within the company.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide trainings on PC applications for MS Office, outlook or other software;

Supervise outsourced supplier to carry out the implementation and maintenance for application/network/telephone systems to meet the highest level of customer satisfaction;

Provide desk side level PC technical support in operating system, email system and other standard software packages to users as required;

Ensure information security by implementing corporate policies and procedures;

Participate the implementation of ERP system within the company and provide consultancy to users from IT aspect.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Bachelor and above degrees, majoring in computer science & technology or a related discipline;

At least 1 years professional IT experience;

Good oral and written English;

Be with experience in using Oracle or other ERP system preferable;

Good communication skills, teamwork spirit and ability to work independently.
