职位描述
Role Purpose
To overall manage and be fully responsible of China Customer Service Competence Center (CSCC) operations. Ensure executions of country service strategy and service measurements are met. Continuously improve repair capacity and operation efficiency to meet company / market needs
Key Accountabilities
1. Daily service operation management
? Monitor and be fully responsible of daily CSCC workshop operation through established measurement systems
? Cooperate and oversee Customer Care Center, Spare Parts, Training center operations and maintain overall CSCC operation runs smoothly
? Continuous process / quality improvement to accelerate operation efficiency and to optimize the CSCC management structure
? Emphasis on increase watch maker productivity and repair capacity to meet market / company needs
2. People development and general management
? Build team working and quality driven working climate
? Develop staff in terms of professionalism and watch making technical skills
? Staff recruiting to meet business needs and other general administrative management
3. Manage CSCC financial health
? Monitor and control operating cost and expense to meet financial target
4. Facility and General Management
? Manage and maintain good condition of CSCC facility
? Fully responsible for staff safety and assets security
? General administration management and support
? Maintain good working relationship with facility management, develop zoon office and local government
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Necessary Knowledge and Experience to be able to do the job
? 5 years of Service department and/or workshop management experience
? Broad and strategic view in overall customer service operations
? Excellent people management experience and maturity
? Excellent Communication skills and hands on workshop management experience
? Process and Quality oriented mind set and hands on working style
Education and Certification Requirements
? Bachelor or above
? Fluent English in written and verbal
? MBA in preferable
Job Specific Technical Requirements
? Watch making, jewellery or related working experience is preferable
