Assistant HR Manager (欧洲奢侈品集团公司,公司提供丰富的发展空间和上升机会)
Responsibilities:
1. Implement the recruitment & selection activities with quality and speed to support the fast growing business
2. Work with the HRD and Department Head to build the group culture, cultivate an open and positive working climate
3. Formulate and implement HR policies, process in line with the statutory and business requirements
4. Based on company business strategies, formulate and implement effective training policies and procedures
5. Design annual training plan and orchestrate the implementation of internal and external training programs to complement with the business objectives
6. Establish tracking mechanism for monitoring results of all training activities to ensure cost-effective and high quality training results
7. Establish and maintain training network; keep good cooperation relations with training vendors
Qualifications:
1. BS or BA Degree required, at Least 4 years related experience in multinational companies, industry experience preferred
2. Be familiar with training market and its operation; up on recruitment channels as well
3. Ability to work in a team and facilitate teamwork
4. Possess high energy and a dynamic personality
5. Possess a high level of integrity and ethics
6. Strong communication skills (one-on-one, writing skills, presentation skills)
7. High stress tolerance and be open-minded
8. Must be organized and possess strong time and project management skills
9. Have a high sense of urgency, results oriented
10. Good command of Microsoft Office software, such as Powerpoint, Word, Excel
