职位描述
Responsibility:
? Need to work with eFA Eng to perform 1st level validation and failure analysis for reliability test failures and production line excursions.
? This person will work in Reliability lab to perform Reliability Testing for product qualification, for Production excursion evaluations and for Package Qualification.
? Need to study and set up the usage model and reliability requirements for products based on experiment data collection and analysis.
? Need to work with R&D team and process engineering team to define reliability test plan and sampling criteria.
? Need to Maintain and develop the reliability test procedure, manage the reliability test schedule and follow up the test result.
? Understand the failure mode for process/package characterization.
Requirement:
? Bachelor degree in Semiconductor / Material Science / Micro-electronics.
? Willing to assume accountability. Willing to take challenge. Good communicate skills. Good teamwork spirit. Quick learning ability.
? Fluent in verbal English
? IC semiconductor assembly process. Rel monitor process and sampling methodology. IC life time requirement and acceleration factor methodology.
? SSD product technology experiences a plus.
