Logistics Supervisor – 浦东花木（地铁沿线）

Provide a short paragraph describing primary purpose of role
This role will be more focus on the China logistics management affairs, such as inventory management, warehouse management, freight management, import & export business, and so on. In the mean time, he (or she) will also need to maintenance the SAP system with GR or GI
The position reports to: AP logistics Mgr.
Responsibilities
1. Live the Safety stand, adhere to the safety responsibilities.
Metrics
? Implement a personal safety action plan and review with leader
? Metric 2
2. Inventory management and planning
Metrics
? Supervise the inventory level for all plants, develop the solution and work together to control it.
? Monthly review SPR inventory level and do related material planning
3. Warehouse management
Metrics
? Help plants to develop the WH management system and tracking for the implementation
? Physical inventory count
4. Freight management
Metrics
? Manage the oversea or domestics route and rate
? Manage freight related SAP operation
5. Custom related business
Metrics
? Custom document manage
? Cooperate with forwarder or broker
6. Other related work assigned by his/her manager and the company from time to time
Job Requirements
Experience:
1. At least 7 years logistics operation exe AP or other system operation
2. Bachelor degree
3. Have related work experience listed on the JD
4. Be real export in international trading
Knowledge and Abilities:
1. SAP or other system operation
2. Custom related business knowledge
3. Proficient oral & written English
Personal Characteristics:
1. Team work and open mind
2. Good at communication skills
3. Being presentable, clear thinking, cheerful mind, being positive &proactive, sense of responsibility is the key attributes we are looking for
