Duties & Responsibilities
? Monitoring and assessing technology direction and developing strategic solutions
? Developing organizational technology capabilities and mentoring peer engineers
? Architect and build organizational knowledge base and sharing structure
? Lead new technolacogies/products promotion and technology exchange with customers
? Developing customer relationships and gain new business opportunities
? Integration with sales to sell value of products and services to customers
? Lead test solution development and manage project execution
Job Requirement:
? Master or higher degree in electronic engineering, computer science or automation
? Minimum 5 years experience in semiconductor test application
? In depth knowledge and work experiences of device technologies and test solutions
? Track records in leading technology development and managing projects
? Extensive work experience with customers including design companies and manufacturers
? Sophisticated communication and inter-personal skills
? Overseas work experience is a plus
