职位描述
Responsibilities
? Drives the implementation of corporate process safety compliance standard and local process safety regulatory requirements across sites
? Identify process safety issues and develop strategies and solutions
? Develop, review and drive site process safety metrics across sites to achieve improvement
? Provide functional guidance, training and coaching to appropriate site resources as necessary to assure effective process safety program implementation
? Participates in design review meetings and assures process hazard analyses (PHAs) are conducted effectively and performs the role of PHA team leader or key member as appropriate
? Perform Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR), audits and inspections to ensure process safety compliance
? Drives the implementation of process safety corrective actions across sites
? Tracking of local legal requirements related to process safety to ensure changes or new requirements are implemented in timely manner
? Review process safety incidents and participates in investigation of root causes
? Provide technical leadership in facility siting and safety instrumented systems implementation
? Participate in corporate-wide process safety networks and interfacing with corporate resources to promote knowledge transfer and provide additional support to sites as necessary
Requirements
? Chemical engineering preferred or science degree
? Minimum of 3 years relevant process safety experience in a process or manufacturing industry
? Ability to understand P&IDs and PFDs
? Possesses strong interpersonal skills and a self-starter
? Ability to effectively communicate in English (written and verbal)
