岗位职责:
1. 适当的生产排序或清洗以防交叉污染；
Proper production sequence or perform flush procedure avoid contamination.
2. 生产过程中质检：及时认真地按要求定时检查粉料质量以符合要求、定期检查粉碎效率；
Process controlled:Timely check mash & regulary check grinding efficiency.
3. 协助主管按品管手册做好回机料的及时处理工作；
Assistant supervisor to deal with rework feed following QA manual in time
4. 熟悉SAP并负责日相关数据的输入；
Familiar with SAP, take the responsibility of relevant information input.
5. 协调大原料和小原料的投放；
Correspond for ingredient & short-mix dump.
6. 认真填写“生产报表”，确保生产数据准确。
Record accurate data in PIS.
7. 执行混合机、小粉碎机及其他设备的日常检查并记录；Perform daily Mixer & Harmmer mill & inspection ofother equipments, record it on PIS.
8. 遇设备故障时及时反馈于生产主管或保养人员，提出设备改进的建议。
Report to shift leader or maintainer when machine failed in time, offer suggestion for Equipment improvement.
9. 协助粉碎机筛网的更换并记录；
Take the responsibility of changing screen of hammer mill & record it
10. 规定时间的盘点 Inventory checked as request
11. 与相关人员完成混合性能及流量称测试；
Finish CV & liquid flow scale test with relevant people


任职要求:
1. 机械电气专业; 具备一定的英语能力.
2. 有饲料行业经验, 熟悉饲料行业的生产流程.

3. 由于生产需要, 该岗位需要倒班.
