Network/Telecom Person Job Responsibilities and Descriptions

- Telecom Supports: IP Phones, Directories, Video/Audio Conferencing, Call Cards, Toll ByPass, Invoices, Call Details, Quality of Services
- Network Supports: LAN switches, NAC, WAN Routers, MPLS, Point-to-Point, Netflow, MRTG, Internet connections and outages (troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, etc).
- Coverage Hours: 5PM to 3AM US PST
Qualification
- Cisco CCNA/CCNP certified
- 4 years minimum University degree (computer or engineering related)
- 3 to 5 Years Network and Telecom related experience
- In-Depth knowledge of: cabling (coax, copper, voice, data, fiber), voip, video ip, isdn bri and pri, IP addressing/subnetting, switching (vlan, 802.1q/p, vtp, isl), routing (ospf, bgp, eigrp, static), cisco equipment, juniper equipment, WAN optimization, monitoring tools such as OPNet/MRTG/Sniffer Analysis tools, DHCP, DNS, WiFi, etc.
- Good English speaking and communications skills
- Team Player
