TYPICAL TASKS:

1) Lead new product development and old product improvement, including valves, fittings and hydrants. Work closely with AVK Tech located at Denmark, use Solidworks as CAD software to do the design, carry out prototype test, test result analysis and modify design etc.

2) Give hands-on training to mechanical engineer and mechanical assistant during doing the project and help check design, drawings and Boms from function, manufacture, assembly and maintenance point.

3) Make effective project budget and plan, assign job to people according to their ability and personality, and make sure the project can be finished successfully.

4) Coordinate with supplier and transfer product requirements, make sure supplier totally understand technical requirements and make correct components.

5) Provide technical support to other departments, like production, quality and purchase etc.

QUALIFICATIONS & SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:

1) Must have proven leadership ability, as well as project management skills

2) Ability to organize, prioritize and manage the design of multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

3) Familiar with pressure containing parts standard and design, like valve and pump, valve is preferred

4) Proficient in CAD software, like UG, Proe, SolidWorks etc., SolidWorks is preferred

5) Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, 3+ years of design experience plus 2+years in a project management experience.

6) Good English, written and oral
