Job Output
Manage maintenance activities including safety/housekeeping, preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, equipment enhancement, cost control and people development.
Working closely with other departments Production, EHS, QC and HR to ensure necessary resources are obtained to support production and facility equipment uptime.
Assist new project and manage the vendor on site to meet our Company Policy.
Supporting plant′s initiatives such as safety, production, quality processes and special capital projects.
Key Process (Ownership/Participation):
Safety, Health and Environment:
Lead/participate/support plant′s safety policies to prevent safety incident and accident
Promote plant′s housekeeping efforts (5S) to ensure a clean working environment at all time
Direct crew(s) to follow Environment Management System to prevent hazard materials spills.
Daily Maintenance for facility equipment:
Quick response for the emergency repair of facility equipment. Organize effective maintenance activity and minimize unscheduled machine downtime.
Analyze root cause of machine problem, identify the solution, deadline and follow up the progress.
Actively thinking about machine performance and find solution and opportunity for improvement.
Working with other people to maintain good document control including maintenance record, root cause analysis etc.
Preventive and predictive maintenance for facility equipment:
Schedule and assign preventive and predictive maintenance task to technician according to plan, as well as evaluate PM effect.
Regularly develop and update PM plan based on the actual daily maintenance request and content.
New Project:
Assist new project on site and control the progress of whole project.
Monitor the contract on site to comply with Co. policy.
4. Process Effectiveness:
Minimize maintenance material and manage labor usage to ensure costs are within budget
Organize effective activity with high maintenance quality in mind.
Work with production department to minimize unscheduled equipment downtime.
Team building and development:
Serve as coach, developer and technical resource for crew members.
Maintain good employee moral by fair treatment of employees, candid communication, and recognition/discipline of performance.
Conduct regular performance review for every crew member

Education & Work Experience:
Diploma or above, preferred with the major of Mechanical Engineering and Mechanical & Electrical Integration
Over seven years experience in equipment maintenance in manufacturing environment
Two years or more supervising experience
Good machine troubleshooting experience.
Good execution ability
Basic English reading and writing
Specialized Knowledge & Skills
Familiar with cutting machine and motor
Familiar with air compressor and dust-clean control system
Familiar with Mechanical process principle
Auto-cad reading and modification
Work Environment & Physical Demands:Mostly work in the plant.
