岗位职责：
1、根据公司的战略规划，制定华南地区的营销策略及计划，完成公司下达的地区销售目标；
2、负责营销计划的日常执行和推进，对各项销售指标完成过程进行指导、监控、调整；
3、建立和管理华南地区销售团队；
4、严格遵守公司风险管理制度，实现有效的风险管控，确保业务的良性发展；
5、负责客户资源及公共关系的维护。
