Requested background:

- Sales-oriented personality
- Strong experience in the footwear or related industries - 3 to 5 years
- Knowledge of the local footwear business environment
- Strong self-organization skills, ability to work independently and to travel within Guangdong province
- Good English proficiency (Oral and Written)
- Highly motivated

Job description:

- Be responsible for CTC southern China big accounts management and development
- Be responsible for the commercial activity of CTC Groupe in southern China
- In charge of existing clients follow-up/expansion and new clients prospection and development
- Visit to southern China footwear factories, suppliers and trading offices (especially leather goods factories and trading companies) to generate more sales turnover
- Collect, analyze and update local market information/competition information and report to Management Team
- Represent CTC Groupe locally and attend different fairs and events in Guangdong province, promote CTC brand and increase CTC's influence in Southern China
- Manage relationships with local partners
- Payment tracking
