Sandvik in Wuxi is seeking for a OEM Engineer

Sandvik Machining Solutions, a global market-leading manufacturer of tools and tooling systems for advanced industrial metal cutting. The position would directly report to OEM Manager, below please refer to the job description:

Key performance areas:
? The task is to develop the relation with MTB, acquire OEM project inquiries and work out a technical and economical quotation according to the customer requirements and customer benefits by using WALTER-Group tools
? The target is to get OEM project order and achieve or exceed the set turnover goals
? Consulting and supporting of Walter OEM customers for Turn Key projects
? Exchange of information on upcoming projects
? Work out a technical and economical quotation or Supporting and advising project engineers in designing in projects
? Support during acceptance tests (pre- acceptance and final acceptance)
? Continuous improvements of processes in order to improve the effectiveness of the area of responsibility
? In addition to the responsibilities listed above, the holder of the position is also obliged to carry out individual tasks at the request of the OEM project-Manager, the nature of which makes them a part of his responsibilities or which arise from organizational necessity

Your profile:
? Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent theoretical and practical experience
? At least 3 years sales or application experience in tool / machine tools
? Work experience in CAD, 2D or 3D
? Excellent communication skills
? English in order to communicate both ways: spoken and written
? Naturally & balanced personality
? Success & result orientated personality

As a person you are proactive, self-motivated and one with lot of initiative, courage and integrity and a business minded, result oriented attitude. You also have strong communication skills and can work in an English environment.
