Assistant Taxation manager oversee the tax compliance of all China field and branches to ensure it complies with all legal and ethical standards in a manner which optimizes tax costs and tax planning,

Assistant Manager in all Internal/ external tax compliance issue following up of all China field

Assistant Taxation manager analysis on the business activities to identify the potential Tax risks and raise the effective solutions with the support of external consultant to minimize the tax exposure;

Collect new tax regulatory and provide internal consultation support to implement the new requirements to the business properly and timely;

Taxation policy implementation and explanation, Coordinate the local /stated tax management of TEC Field

Account settlement for business income tax of TEC field

Supervise and ensure the accurate and timely tax return and tax report to TEC

Keep good filing for all tax related documents

Assist manger to follow up the tax auditing of TEC

Other related information required by tax authorities and tax auditor;
Provide tax professional advice to TEC field on project cost savings, contract structures, etc;

Assistant Mgr for the tax training need for all China field

TP policy, TP-related compliance and avoidance, TP documentation and related job
Assist in tax risk management;
Share China new circular, prepare impact analysis, propose action and follow up;
Specific tax topic research for circular and practice summary;

Bachelor degree with accounting / taxation background

At least 5 years solid working experience in multinational company or consulting firm on the same or similar position;

Strong knowledge on tax and local statutory requirement

Good understanding of PRC tax laws and double-treaty agreements between China and other entities under TK;

Thorough knowledge and experience in China tax law and practices;

Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.

Good communication skills to negotiate with Chinese authorities (tax bureau and other governments) and keep good relationship with Chinese authorities;

Strong analytical and problem solving skills;

Strong control sense and knowledge in tax;

Willing to work under pressure & passion to take challenges

Effective time management skills, ability to handle multiple projects at the same time daily jobs simultaneously;
Cooperation and hard working spirit and good service consciousness

Continuous learning ability

Strong presentation skills with an excellent command of verbal and written English and Mandarin;
