Job Purpose:

Provide legal consultation to Messer China management and subsidiaries to minimize and effectively control risks deriving from legal issues.

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate with external legal counsel and headquarters' legal department;
· Prepare legal documents, such as JVC and AOA;
· Prepare and review sales and purchasing contracts;
· Provide legal advice to other departments and subsidiaries regarding applicable laws and regulations;
· Assist the subsidiaries to settle legal related disputes;
· Assist in business negotiations;
· Deal with other legal related issues as assigned by the management from time to time.

Qualification:

· Bachelor degree majoring in law;
· At least 5 years of professional legal experience;
· Fluent in both written and spoken English;
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
· Strong teamwork spirit.
