Location: Base in ChengDu
Report to: National Sales Mgr.
Subordinates:7-8
Department: Automotive
Basic Function:
Development, management and accountability for sales, profitability, partnership and service through the growth of Platinum Distributor network and sales in SouthWest.
Principal Accountabilities:
Ensure the success of Value added programs for distributors such as Platinum by working closely with the National sales manager, Marketing Manager, Manager bodyshop Programs and Regional Sales Managers
Ensure that safety, and quality objectives are met
Requires:
This position requires a seasoned professional manager who is proficient in all aspects of management. A minimum of 10 years related experience is required. He/She must also possess industry respect, a thorough knowledge of Global philosophies and strategies, training opportunities, and competitive products plus possess in-depth knowledge of the automotive aftermarket, especially aftermarket distribution. Excellent interpersonal relationship, oral and written communication skills are required.
Proficient in all aspects of management
Minimum of 10 years related experience is required.
In-depth knowledge of the automotive aftermarket, especially distribution.
