1 Fulfill the set budget agreed between company and RSM

2 Specify Market transparency.

3 Manage, train, support the sales team in the responsible region and sales activities
管理、培训、支持所辖区域的的销售团队
4. Systematically develop business in PU,OEM and Industrial & commercial projects
系统的负责供电系统、OEM和工业/商业项目的业务拓展
5.Periodically report to his Superior about market, competitors, team, forcasts etc.
定期向其主管汇报关于市场、竞争对手、团队、销售预测等信息
6. Take cost control in daily business and marketing activity
控制销售费用和开展市场行为
7. Implement the company strategy and conduct this implementation in the region
执行公司战略在所属区域的分解目标，并保证其在所属区域的实施
8. Take coordination and conflict management among regions and/or Sales.
协调区域、销售之间的关系以及进行冲突管理
9. Perform other reasonable work assigned by superior.

Requirement:

Bachelor degree or above, major in electric engineering or automation
本科以上学历，电气工程或者自动化专业
Familiar with fuse, CDC markert
熟悉熔断器、电缆分支箱产品市场
8+ years electrical sales experience
8年以上电气行业销售工作经验
2+ years project sales management experience
2年以上销售管理工作经验
Have good communication and coordination skill
良好的沟通和协作技巧
Be good at English speaking and writing
良好的英语口语及书面表达能力
Have good interpersonal skills
良好的人际关系能力

工作地点为重庆或者成都
