岗位名称：设备工程师
主要工作及职责：
a) 负责设备故障的处理，管控封装设备故障维修及二、三级设备保养，熟悉新机种生产所需的设备运行参数、程序；

b) 负责备调试，主导led封装设备的安装、调试、认可工作；
c) 负责设备监控，对led封装设备的利用率、性能方面进行监控；
d) 进行成本控制，对生产产能的提升，品质的控制，制造成本的降低，有明显改善；
素质要求：
大专以上学历，机电类专业
3年以上设备维护经验大专以上学历
外语： 具有较强的英文阅读能力

计算机：了解计算机基本的软硬件知识
