Responsibilities:
1.Lead the development of reliability & validation test plans during product development phase from prototypes to mass production
2.CAPA/Case/NCMR/Concessions
3.External (customer) document change control
4.Customer Complaint management
5.Supplier auditing and AVL maintenance
6.Batch release and DHR review
7.Co-ordination and approval of Validation activities
8.Management of the quality plan for NPI/NPD activities as required by customers
9.Ensure company and Customer KPI’s are measured and achieved
10.Develop Quality Plans to continuously improve product quality
11.Work with suppliers to improve quality controls
12.Drive Lean, 6 Sigma and TQM projects to improve reliability, quality, lead time and costs.
13.Coordinate the test labs in scheduling, performing, and evaluating testing.
14.Statistical analysis of in-process data to determine reject rates and then develop yield improvement plans
15.Data collection and analysis to produce formal reports for customers

Requirements:
1.Degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering, Applied Science, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent fields.
2.At least 5 years experience in a multinational manufacturing environment in home appliances business especially in coffee machines products, and with a good understanding of SPC, FMEA, six-sigma, Lean manufacturing or TQM
3.At least 5 years experience as SQM with good understanding on setting and following up Validation and Verification Plans related to coffee machines projects.
4.Experience in Process Design and controls.
5.Good knowledge in statistical analysis.
6.Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
7.Experience in International Quality Standards, Six Sigma, or related problem solving methodologies is a plus.
8.Knowledge of ISO14001 and ISO13485 would be an advantage.
9.Good project management skills
