83Make FAL Remote Support, including but not limited to answer calls and other electronic messages from customers related to manufacturing questions/concerns.
83Provide FAL On-Site Support (SAMC only), including but not limited to travel to Shanghai for weekly on-site support duties (once or twice per week)
83Complete Customer Failure Reports, including but not limited to review claims and compare against technical requirements, propose liability (customer or company) and negotiate with customer if required, participate in root-cause/corrective-action plans, put findings in reports as requested.
83Complete technical estimating, including but not limited to complete technical requirements review of drawings, specifications and related documents, derive bill-of-materials, estimate production hours, gather raw material quotations from relevant departments; determine rework level of effort and provide raw material requirements

83College degree with business English skill in speaking and writing
83Strong understanding and communication ability
83Have basic common knowledge and mental health
83Strict following of confidentiality requirements
83Strong MS Office skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
83Proficient ability in technology analysis and quick handling
