The responsibilities of NDO IPOS BJ I&V and Maintenance Manager are managing a group of I&V and maintenance engineers working on Ericsson Routing Suite for Ericsson’s 4th generation IP and Broadband product, participating in ERS project planning, resource/ management, test strategy and maintenance.

The successful candidate will possess leadership skills with managerial, project management experience and a dedication to build a high competent and productive engineering team. He/She will foster a culture of collaboration, initiative, innovation, and business results. The successful candidate will lead and strengthen the team as required, to solidify succession plans and enhance organizational capabilities to meet strategic and operating goals.

Responsibility
-Work with system technology team, cross functional teams and system test team to have technical overview and test strategy for ERS projects.
-Provide people and thought leaderships to motivate team and set team direction in test strategy, automation, release process, maintenance and innovation.
-Collaborate with colleagues across Product Development Unit IPOS and other Ericsson organizations using ERS to achieve successful product deliveries.
-Actively drive product development collaboration, priority setting, issue resolution, test equipment vendor selection/management and internal IT/lab management coordination.
-Effectively drive Trouble Report resolution from customers with quick response and high quality within Maintenance project
-Forecasting and managing engineering requirements and cost center budgets.
-People management duties of directly reporting engineers.
-Provide recommendations and feedback for process improvements, quality measurement, trouble report flow and ways to increase customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

•8+ years experience working in R&D environments for communication/system commercial products.
•5+ years experience in routing, switching Carrier Ethernet technologies with solid understanding of IP and L2/L3 protocols (including header contents and protocol flow concepts)
•5+ years experience line management or project management experience
•Rich knowledge of QA testing methodologies and experience in performing various testing activities like Sanity, Functional, System, Regression, Acceptance, Stress, Performance and Scalability
•Deep understanding of continuous integration technology through automation testing
•Excellent understanding of I&V(test) development, quality assurance process, automation and maintenance
•Knowledge of Java programming, automation scripting and database are preferred.
•Ability to organize, delegate, and effectively deliver products using development organizations
•Lead by example, generate energy to create a team spirit and motivate your employees to meet Ericsson core values.
•High capability to drive, co-operate as well as have excellent person-to-person communication and negotiation skills.
•Documented ability to find and drive continuous improvement work leading to operational excellence.
•Must possess good verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
•BS in Engineering required. Masters degree preferred.
