We are an R&D department part of Ericsson PDU RBS within Business Unit Networks, with global responsibility in Ericsson’s Radio Base Station (RBS) verification and release. Working as Integration and Verification Engineer in our team, you will responsible for RBS related verification and trouble investigation, the purpose is to securing the product quality in EMC area.

Main responsibilities:
•Prepare and perform RBS systems EMC testing activities.
•Ensure correct EMC testing method and result.
•Guarantee verification activity finish on time and quality.
•Draft EMC test related documents, VS,VR,TR,etc.
•Troubleshoots and debugs on EMC related problems.
•Participates and contributes to design inspection and / or review.
•Quality control/audit of EMC test houses
•Investigation for new test technology and method.
•Training and coaching new comer.


Qualifications

Experience and Education:
•B.S. or M.S in Telecom or equivalent, major in EMC related is preferred.
•At least 3 years experience in the telecom Industry, preferably within R&D/EMC area.
•Experience in system integration and verification of hardware in telecommunication area.
•Strong technical background on EMC related product design or verification is a big plus
•Good knowledge of telecommunication system and equipment.
•Good knowledge of EMC international standards.

•Good ability to make decision from complex technical situation.
