岗位职责:
1.根据客户APQP要求，在新项目阶段实施质量管理
2.检查客户的质量要求和标准，明确客户的特殊品质，制定内部检验计划
3.检查并放行样品，创建文件，包括但不限于控制计划，检验标准，质量报告和记录等。
4.检查和发放初始样件和PPAP样件，负责质量相关文件的审核和PPAP样件，并跟进APQP阶段的工装评审和变更管理。
5.在APQP阶段支持客户过程审核和验证审核。
6.领导客户退货样品分析，处理客户投诉，必要时准备8D报告，为新机器验证准备主样品。
7.将合格的项目和文件转移到QE，以保证量产的顺利进行。

职位要求:
1. 机械或汽车工程专业优先。
2. 3年以上相关工作经验,必须熟悉APQP程序，能处理每个开发阶段的输入和输出。
3. 必须熟悉供应商管理办法，能够激励团队失去新产品的成熟度保证。
4. 熟悉产品和过程审核，能够推动供应商持续改进，及时关闭审核发现。
5. 积极的工作态度和责任感，良好的沟通协调能力。
5. 英语听说熟练优先，有汽车OEM工作经验优先。

BITRON IND CHINA was established in Qingdao in 2004, and is located on No.810 810 Chun Yang Road, High Tech Zone, Qingdao, Shan Dong Province, China. District with over 1000 employees. It mainly produces electronics components for Auto and appliances. The main components for Auto include door-locks, I.R.S, Joy-stick, temperature sensors, and 4 AC switches; the main components for appliances include solenoid valves, pressure switches, door-lock for washing machine, detergent dispenser and temperature sensor, which are widely used in refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher and water heater.

Bitron China was established in 2002, and is located on Ruichang Road in Sifang District with over 100 employees. Mould, injection and punching are the main production. Its products are mainly produced to provide half-finished products and technique support for Bitron Ind China.

Bitron Electronic China Ltd. was established in 2006, and is located in Chengyang District. Its main products, electronic boards for appliances and Auto, are mainly for export.
