岗位职责：
-分析客户职位需求，制定人才寻访计划，以建工/制造/医药以及校招RPO岗位为主；
-和候选人进行初步电话沟通，出具专业的项目分析报告；
-跟进后续面试、offer谈判、入职等招聘全流程，把控每个节点；
-与客户企业HR及候选人建立良好关系，搭建目标行业人脉圈；
-协助项目主管完成其他工作事务。

任职要求：
-大专/本科及以上学历，有1年以上乙方招聘工作经验；
-了解招聘日常工作内容，愿意长期深耕人力资源招聘模块；
-沟通表达较好，有亲和力，目标导向；

薪资:
初期基本薪资5.7/6.7+月度招聘奖金，综合9-12K/月；
半年按季度招聘业绩情况，晋升级别和无责基本薪资
