工作职责：
- 为合作渠道提供培训及关系维护
- 与合作渠道共同开拓新业务机会
- 建立并协助维护客户关系
- 与商业核保团队合作开展续保项目
- 与内部风控部门合作，促进与客户及渠道合作伙伴关于风险决策的沟通
- 协助完成其他业务项目

任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，2年以上工作经验者优先考虑
- 1年及以上金融/银行/保理行业相关销售经验优先考虑
- 具有良好的人际关系处理能力，沟通能力和谈判能力
- 具备一定的英语口语表达能力和书写能力
- 富有团队合作精神
Responsibilities
-- Training & relationship management with fronting partner
-- Joint channel (Banks, Brokers) development with fronting partner
-- Joint new business development with Partners
-- Internal process related to new business
-- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
-- Liaise with internal Commercial Underwriting for Policy Maintenance and Policy Renewal
-- Liaise with internal Risk Team for better communication on Risk Decisions
-- Ad-hoc projects as requested by the line manager
The successful candidates should be:
-- Bachelor's Degree, 2+ years of working experience preferred
-- 1 years of sales experience on financial / insurance industry, banking / insurance cooperation
-- Strong networking, negotiation and communication skills with very good argumentation and persuasive power
-- Excellent Team work
-- Fluent English and Mandarin
