岗位职责：
1、熟悉产品功能及业务背景，整合已有渠道资源，拓展外部渠道，完成用户促活和召回；
2、打磨优化用户的促活/召回路径，分析挖掘不同的促活召回场景效果，降低用户召回单价成本、提升转化率；
3、独立负责目前已有会员唤回的管理体系进行维护、完善及尝试创新工作，针对目标人群制定优化内容策略与营销方案；
4、熟知各渠道推送规则并具备实操经验，包括APP PUSH、微信模板消息等。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，有3年以上互联网运营工作经历，有过0-1的项目经验优先；
2、具备较强的推动能力、组织协调能力，能够跨部门沟通协调工作及推动方案落地；
3、逻辑能力较好，有较强的数据分析能力，目标导向，能够不断的以数据指导业务，不断优化方法，形成良性的业务闭环；
4、责任心强，善于沟通，具备良好的自我驱动意识，能承受较大的工作压力。
5、熟悉各类办公软件和平台 Axure、QucikBI、神策，有基础SQL取数经验，有较强分析、总结、展示能力；
