工作内容：
1、负责框架团队的基础设施的探索、调研及建设、包括服务框架。
2、负责服务接口的设计和核心业务开发。
3、负责系统的整体设计、优化。
4、制定技术文档规范，确保系统的代码质量。
职位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机软件开发等相关专业。
2、熟练掌握Java语言，包括但不限于并发工具、集合类、JVM相关的底层原理等，熟悉常见设计模式及算法，熟悉Linux开发环境。
3、5年以上的Java开发经验，有大型网站的服务治理、性能优化方案、稳定性体系建设经验。
4、能根据业务需求做出合理的技术选型。
5、对常用的MQ、分布式链路追踪、缓存、数据库等中间件有较深刻理解，有阅读研究过相关源码或向开源社区做出过贡献者优先。
6、有Spring Cloud 和 SpringBoot框架经验，阅读过相关源码的优先。
7、善于沟通协调，能协调各方资源，有较强的自我驱动能力，有计划有节奏地达成研发目标。
