Lead the Chengdu KMS retail team to promote and enhance KEF brand’s recognition in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, be responsible for managing the retail store operation, providing professional & sophisticated customer experience and drive sales.
领导成都KMS零售团队,根据公司的政策和程序,推广和提升KEF品牌美誉度,负责店铺的运营管理、提供专业且极致的客户体验及管理,以便拉动销售。
Obtain market/consumer insight thru KMS and shopping mall, maintain good customer relationship and monitor customer feedback. Train and motivate the team to provide the required standard of service to the client and ensure succession. Ensure an optimal and stimulating work environment.
通过KMS店及商场,获取消费者洞察,维护良好的客户关系并监控客户反馈。培训和激励团队为客户提供满足品牌所需标准的服务并确保继任。确保一个***和激励的工作环境。
Build our brand’s local retail store operation SOP and handbook, in order to expand the retail stores based on the strategy.
建立我司品牌在大陆的零售运营标准和手册,以便根据战略拓展零售店面。
Job responsibilities
工作职责
(1) To implement the retail strategy & tactics around KMS Chengdu and provide feedback for continuous fine-tuning. To establish localized brand retail store operation and management SOP for KMS Chengdu;
执行KMS直营门店的零售策略并给予及时的反馈,以便我司不断完善。通过KMS成都店,建立本地化的零售店铺运营和管理的SOP。
(2) Lead, train and motivate the retail store team, to implement tactics (store operation/marketing/sales activities) to ensure efficient operation of the store, promote the brand and maximize the sales and profits.
领导、培训和激励门店团队,执行商业策略(店铺运营市场营销/促销活动),以便确保店铺高效运营、有效推广品牌和***化店铺销售和利润。
(3) To ensure that our guests receive the best brand experience and personalized service. To deliver a “Wow” product presentations/demo and product solution to consumers. To Maintain good customer relations by understanding customer needs, handling customer complaints and queries. To grow the CRM database based on the engagement with the customers.

(4) Responsible for the communication and coordination between the shopping mall and the internal team of the company. To manage the collaboration with the 3rd party agencies to execute activities in Chengdu。

(5) Continuously accumulate retail sales knowledge, product knowledge and keep pace with the new trends. To motivate the store team to do the same.
不断积累零售知识、产品知识,并与新趋势保持同步。同时能激励门店团队共同学习。
(6) Responsible / to support the execution of marketing activities in & outside of the store to promote the brand and cultivate sales.
负责或协助店内外品牌营销推广活动的落地,并培养销售机会。
(7) Establish and maintain the highest standards of store environment. Anticipate problems and implement appropriate modifications/solutions to existing operating procedures to keep up with changing trends and improve operational efficiency
建立并维护***标准的门店环境。预见问题并对现有的操作程序实施相应的修改/解决方案,以跟上变化的趋势并提高操作效率
Job qualification
(1) More than 10 years of relevant working experience is preferred
10年以上相关工作经验优先
(2) More than 5 years of retail management experience, in-depth understanding of retail business, customer participation and service experience is preferred
5年以上零售管理工作经验,对零售业务有深入的了解,有客户参与和服务经验者优先
(3) Technical depth in audio products is preferred; Interest/love of music is preferred;
在音频产品方面有技术深度者优先;对音乐有兴趣/热爱者优先
(4) Have strong leadership and management skills, excellent interpersonal communication and problem solving skills

(5) Proficient in using Office software, good written and spoken Chinese and English
