Routine work日常检验-40%
1. To continuously organize and perform routine QC analysis of incoming material, in-process and finished product in accordance to the documented testing methods.
按照规定的方法检测原材料，中间产品和最终产品。
2. Responsible for making daily decisions on any QC results, problem solving skills are required to ensure only true results are accepted.
根据检测结果对原材料和产品做合格/不合格判定，具有一定解决问题能力，确保结果正确。
3. To liaise and communicate daily (both verbal and written) correct results and information to the appropriate departments in a timely manner.
及时与相关部门就检测的结果和信息进行日常的口头和书面的联系、沟通
4. Input testing data into LIMS/SAP and prepare CoA timely.
及时将检测数据输入数据库。根据检测结果制作成品COA。
5. Manage retain samples and ensure traceability.
留样管理，确保原材料和成品的追溯性。

Instrument maintenance, reagent preparation仪器维护、试剂耗材统计与采购 -15%
6. Check Lab instrument regularly, calibrate standard solution.
按照规程定期校验检测仪器、标定标准溶液。
7. Contact with supplier and fix instrument failure.
与仪器厂家保持沟通，遇故障能及时解决。
8. Replenish reagent according to consumption
统计试剂耗材消耗，并及时补充。

Training and non-routine testing培训和非常规项目检测-15%
9. Carry out the short term projects involving non-routine analysis.
执行短期项目涉及的非常规样品分析，外部样品分析，研发团队特殊检测等等
10. Support QA manager to train new members and plant operators by providing information of quality and test methods.
协助QA经理培训新员工和操作工分析检测技能

QA SOP preparation and complaint investigation质量体系和投诉调查-10%
11. Take part in preparing SOP of QA Dept. Take corrective action for QA non-conformance findings
参与部门SOP建立, 采取措施纠正本部门不合格输出
12. Support complaint investigation
协助调查处理客户投诉

EHS、5S -10%
13. Abide by EHS regulations within QA Lab, responsible for the exercising of maximum care, good judgment and behavior in preventing EHS incidents.
遵守实验室EHS规定，在EHS事故方面，有责任做到在操作时能***限度地小心、具有良好的判断力和行为规范
14. Maintain Lab good 5S status
维护和保持实验室良好5S 状况
Continuous improvement持续改善 -10%
15. Carry out Lean plan according to the priority
根据工厂的实际状况确定优先程度，实施精益生产计划。
16. Participate in test method establishment and optimization
参与检测方法建立和优化

Job Requirements:
1. Have diploma degree or above in Chemistry, or at least 2 years of working experience on chemical testing / inspection.
大专或以上学历（化学相关专业）或至少2年化工相关专业检测的工作经验；
2. Good analytical and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer applications relevant to the job
良好的分析和交际技巧，熟练运用计算机办公软件。
3. Familiar with gas chromatography operation is preferred

4. Able to work on rotating shifts
