职位描述
职责描述：
1. 负责公司应用程序、业务系统和工具的开发，根据项目具体要求，承担开发任务，按照计划完成任务目标，包括分析，设计，实现，单元测试和文档；
2. 与业务负责人，项目经理和其他技术团队进行有效互动；
3. 参与应用程序调优；
4. 及时的提供产品技术支持；
5. 能够识别、修复和跟踪关键问题的部署
任职要求：
1、本科毕业5年以上，计算机相关专业***
2、拥有良好的Java基础，有微服务项目经验，具备jvm性能调优经验，
3、 熟练掌握Java基础知识及主流框架技术，如Spring Cloud/JSP/Servlet/JDBC/Spring Boot/ Mybatis等）；
4、 拥有云部署与sql调优经验
5、了解常见的算法
6、具有良好的沟通能力和合作能力，能够独立跟进项目开发进度
7、工作积极主动，能与团队同事良好协作
