【Principal Duties and Responsibilities】
- Transportation

1. Export Shipment :
Issue monthly export shipping plan according to communication result with customer service . Coordinate with 3PL and agent for space booking, local land transport , customs declaration, collect finance requested documents for tax refund .

2. Import Shipment :
Arrange space booking according to purchase quotation result . Follow up the import shipment ETA , and prepare the customs declaration beforehand .

3. Domestic Shipment
Monitor Local purchase / sales transport shipment , communicate with warehouse beforehand to arrange the related labor

- Billing Checking and System Application

1. Transport billing checking according to actual shipment process record and Tariff.
Applicate freight in system and complete the PO inbound after receive correct invoice from forwarder .

2. Transport Cost Report
Issue Monthly Transportation Cost Report , update the freight amount , and system PO status for each shipment


- Transportation Vendor management

1. Track Transportation Vendor performance KPI
2. Checking and feedback the Customer’s transport Claim from Logistic point view

- Other tasks assigned by the superior

Normal Minimum Position Requirements
- Education : Bachelor degree or above with logistics or related major
- Language : Good English and Chinese (both verbal and written)
- Computer : Good at MS-Office (especially excel), ERP system (MS-AX/SAP is preferred)

【Experience】
- Good experience in trade or import/export practices
- Rich working experience on Sea/ Air transportation Operation , Customs 【Clearance】
- Be skillful in AX/SAP or other ERP system
- 3+ years in logistic position competencies

Company dedicated in the development, manufacturing and sales of the automobile brake systems and its components.
