职责描述：
A. 制定停产期间（周末停产、计划性停产及临时性停产）的检修计划，包括：检修任务，人员/工时，与生产的协调，外委（技术要求、安全文件准备）等
B. 对现场突发故障排除及维修工作进行指导
C. 监督、指导维修工进行预防性维修工作
D. 负责对专职机械设备的优化及改造，以保障设备状态的不断优化
E. 负责对专职机械故障的分析，组织本专业人员对重复性问题进行研究，并找出解决问题的方案及跟踪实施，保证设备的正常运行
F. 负责专职机械部分的人员及设备管理，包括点检，润滑管理，以及对工人的不断培训
G. 制定专职机械设备的关键备件/设备清单，负责相关备品备件的申报、跟踪，和验收
H. 负责人员培养，保证团队素质的不断提高和团队的稳定性
I. 参与每天交接班，根据设备运行情况及时更新检修计划
J. 参与每日工程师设备巡检，列出问题清单并对专制设备问题制定整改计划并跟踪实施
K. 与EHS部门合作，对现场环境和安全问题进行分析及改造
L. 负责区域内备件使用、外协服务费用的预算和控制
任职资格：
1、 机械或相关专业大专及以上学历
2、5年以上汽车行业或相关行业设备维修经验
3、熟悉机加工，装配，铸造等相关生产设备
4、熟悉机械结构，具有气动及液压系统相关知识，能看懂相关图纸
