PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION：
The IT tech leader is an important role who is in an engineering team project with a strong technical environment to grow people, aims to deliver sustainable, reliable and scalable digital solutions, to boost Decathlon China new business model implementation and offer amazing user experiences to
our sports customers. You will be part of Cx & Digital Team, take leadership in a team consist of developers, testing engineers, which contributes to the core platforms (Stock, Order, Product, Fulfillment & Logistics, and middleware solutions) of E-com and offline stores, thus contributing to improve our capacity to design, build, deploy and run user centric and innovative digital products & solutions, applying Agile methodologies.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand Decathlon China digital strategy and competitive position;
Lead tech IT solutions in products; create an inspiring technical environment to support competence development of each team member;
Guide and validate the technical design, implementation and delivery;
Contribute to the engineering standard creation and alignment (development, architecture, security, data, etc.), ensure they are implemented in the products.
Work closely with Product Managers and infrastructure teams to facilitate the collaboration between engineering team and others, participate in the complex use cases analysis and process optimization;
You contribute to the Engineering community
QUALIFICATIONS:
● Bachelor degree in computer science and related majors;
● More than 5 years of hands-on backend development in Java
● Retail domain, store solution experience/payment solution experience is plus;
● Read write in English is a must, spoken English is a plus; Able to work with global teamwork environment
● Proficient in Java 11, familiar with Java multi-threading, high concurrency, network communication, etc;
● Familiar with commonly used design patterns, with experience in design and development of large-scale distributed, high concurrency, high load, high availability, restful API, micro-services systems;
● You are passionate by sports, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of responsibility
● Experience with cloud computing(Alicloud/AWS/Azure). You are a technology enthusiast,
MAIN TECHNOLOGIES: Spring Boot; SpringCloud; RDBMS(MySQL/Postgresql),
NOSQL(MongoDB/Redis); K8s/Docker; ELK/Dynatrace; ORM (JPA/Hibernate)
CICD(Jenkins, Flux, Maven, Sonar...etc) Message queue (Kafka) Security
(JWT/OAUTH2/Vault, etc）
