任职资格:
1. 3年以上Web前后端或全栈开发经验；
2. 全栈开发，熟练掌握Python或Java语言；
3. 熟练掌握模块化、前端构建工具以及主流框架，如React、Vue等;
4. 具备独立部署和运维Web平台（前端+后端）的能力；
5. 有操作数据库及准备数据的能力；参与过大型平台类项目，独立负责过子模块的设计和开发；
6. 熟悉性能优化、了解和部署过端到端测试框架；
7. 能充分理解需求，并能进行拆解、衍生，能快速迭代，持续优化，主动寻求解决问题的最优思路，有责任心，有担当；
8. 加分项：有视频播放网页开发经验；熟悉Ant Design开发组件；
