1.测评系统的运营工作。包括收集测评名单、发送测评账号、下载测评报告等工作
2.外部资源的管理和协调。包括外部面试官\顾问的信息管理、邀约通知等
3.项目案例汇总和管理。定期收集售前顾问的成交、结项的案例，做内部共享
4.实习生团队的工作管理和分配。
职位要求：
- 本科以上学历。
- 有良好的沟通能力和团队合作意识，能够有效地与其他部门进行沟通和协调。
- 有细心的态度和敏锐的观察力，能够及时发现并处理项目中可能出现的问题。
- 具备责任心和抗压能力。
