1.Build connection network with potential customers including OEMs,Tier1 etc, in China. Identify customer needs, create business opportunities with promotion activities.
在中国建立与OEM、Tier1等潜在客户的联系网络。识别客户需求，通过促销活动创造商机。
2.Check market situation and collect all related information as competitions, technology trends, customer strategies etc. Make study and build territory sales strategy.

3.As interface with customer and represent company to handle all of customer requirements. Listen and feedback customer voice and drive the team to make continue improvement to satisfy customers.

4.Hunting new business and support company aggressive growth, enlarge market share.

6.Responsible on project lifetime price management, product profitability continue improvement, monthly and annual sales forecast/planning, payment on time collection etc.

专业知识/技能Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
1.Bachelor's degree or above
大学本科以上学历
2.At least 5 years’ sales/commercial/management experience in automotive interior/surface material company. Leather or vinyl preferred.
至少5年汽车内饰/表面材料公司销售/商业/管理经验。首选皮革或乙烯基。
3.Self-starter, Good communicator, Aggressive, Business acumen, Flexible.
积极主动，善于沟通，积极进取，商业敏锐，灵活。
4.Will to base on the region mentioned above or frequent travel, can working under pressure.
愿意在上述区域工作或经常出差，能承受工作压力。
5.Basic finance and project management knowledge.

6.Can speak fluent English, and good at MS Office.
