岗位职责：
1.Apply for required certificates and/or inspection-and- acceptance from authorities as per regulations; obtain, archive and maintain official documents/certificates. Include health\safety\environment and fire involved.
2.Join other engineers to compile technical specifications for projects to ensure that all the requirements regarding environmental protection, fire protection, safety, industrial health and hygiene are properly specified per legal requirements.
3.Review and approve, focusing on HSE matters, the project proposal, design and construction plan done by others.
4.The company's physical security management and the key parts of the secret personnel access control; Responsible for the implementation of specific information security management system and technical solutions, comply with relevant confidentiality requirements.
5.Key task: fire safety \ fire assessment \ secrecy \ fire department \ contractor management \ hot work \ height work \ confine space \ CM \ security management \ surveillance system management \ fire drill.
6.Support other engineers in their projects if required.
