Main Responsibilities:

? Product: By making traditional HiFi product category product information, competitive product analysis, product training materials, etc., maximize the selling point and ability of the product category.
产品:通过制作传统HiFi产品品类的产品资料、竞品分析、产品培训资料等方式,***化挖掘所负责产品品类的卖点和能力的体现。
? Price: Through the understanding of the market (consumers & competitors), give advice on the price & promotion policy of the product category
价格:通过对市场(消费者和竞品)的了解,给出所负责产品品类在价格&促销政策方面的建议
? Channel: Assist sales team to develop & service partners by providing excellent HiFi product experience, product training & technical support; Responsible for KEF touchpoints ultimate HiFi experience & sales conversion support.
渠道:通过提供卓越的HiFi产品体验,产品培训&技术支持,协助销售团队开拓&服务合作伙伴; 负责KEF touchpoints 极致HiFi体验 & 销售转化的支持工作。

Promotion: By sorting out the selling points of the product categories in charge, provide the Marketing Department with the content and suggestions needed for promotion from the perspective of products; Assist Marketing Department to complete product experience-related activities, such as exhibitions, offline auditions, etc.
推广:通过所负责产品品类卖点的梳理,从产品角度给市场部提供推广所需内容和建议;协助市场部完成产品体验相关的活动,如展会、线下试听活动等。

1. Understand our other product categories (wireless HiFi, custom installed speakers, subwoofers, etc.), and give experience optimization suggestions from the perspective of the ultimate HiFi experience; Proficient in the operation of wireless HiFi products and can provide wireless HiFi product experience related support when the business needs.
了解我司其他产品品类(无线HiFi、定制安装音箱、低音炮等), 并从极致HiFi体验的角度给出体验优化建议;熟练掌握无线HiFi产品的操作并在业务需要的时候,能提供无线HiFi产品体验相关的支持。
2. Work closely with the headquarters Product Department, mainland regional marketing & sales team, distributor team and other business partners to ensure the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies for the product categories in charge
与总部产品部、大陆区域市场&销售团队, 经销商团队及其他商业合作伙伴紧密合作,确保所负责产品品类整合营销策略的制定和执行
Requirements:
岗位要求:
1.Bachelor degree or above.
本科及以上学历;
2. At least 5 years related product management related experience. Medium and high-end consumer goods marketing background is preferable.
5年以上相关产品管理相关经验,有中高端消费品市场背景优先;
3.Strong analytical thinking, consumer needs oriented thinking, good business sense and problem solving skills.
具有较强的分析思维、消费者需求为中心的思考、良好的商业直觉和解决问题的能力;
4. Good Team player, communication and presentation skills.
良好的团队合作、沟通和表达能力;
5.Proficient in MS excel and PowerPoint.
熟练使用MS excel和PowerPoint;
6.Fluent in English& Mandarin.
