岗位职责：
1.负责平台C端产品变现运营工作，达成收入目标；
2.研究用户画像和行为特征，根据用户分层制定精细化运营策略，提高ARPU；
3.规划运营节奏，监控指标达成进展，统计和分析各项漏斗数据，能针对性提出可行性解决方案，并推进落地；
4.监控市场行情、竞品动态，调研用户反馈，推进产品优化迭代。

任职要求：
1.学历本科及以上，4年以上商业化变现经验，能MRD撰写、原型图绘制能力者为加分项；
2.具备良好的商业意识和逻辑思维能力，扎实的运营基本功；
3.有Owner意识，能独立负责项目，确保落地闭环，具备良好的跨部门沟通能力；
4.对数据敏感，具备较强的业务数据分析能力；
5.以结果为导向，工作认真负责，自驱力强，抗压性强。
