岗位职责：
- Oversee sample development and production process from start to finish, ensuring quality standards are met；
- Coordinate with outsourced manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of products；
- Regularly review product quality and make recommendations for improvements；
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners；
- Problem-solve any issues related to outsourced production；
- Leading a small team while ensuring timely and high-quality tracking of samples and production；
- Familiar with fashion trends, especially in woven coats, down jackets, leather, fur, denim, and fully-fashioned garments.


任职要求：
- Proven experience in a similar role within the high end garment industry；
- Excellent communication and organizational skills；
- Strong problem-solving abilities；
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously；
- Strong understanding of garment production processes.
