岗位职责:
-发掘分析企业客户的人力资源需求,维护拉伸新老客户产品需求,为客户制定合理化的解决方案;
-把握销售机会,与企业谈判促成合作,达成业绩目标;
-快速有效解决客户的咨询、疑问、投诉、建议及反馈,提高企业客户满意度。
任职资格:
-大专/本科学历,
-期望在销售领域纵深发展,求职目标清晰。
-沟通表达较好,畅谈乐观,积极主动。
薪资福利
1)固定6K(无责底薪4000元+纯出勤2000元)+月度业绩提成,底薪根据季度业绩情况晋升增加,客户资源公司补充;
平均综合薪资
前3个月:6k-10K ,
4-6个月:10-12K,
6-12个月:12-15K。

销售顾问的公司内部培训目标清晰、晋升标准透明、发展走向明确
1)综合部(1-2年):采取集中培训,实战考核,精细带教培养;初步掌握一个新销售应具备基本技能,熟悉流程并适应51job这个平台(10-18k)。
2)精英部(1年-3年):重视客户维护与渗透、提高当月业绩拉伸幅度、储备项目销售的基础维护(15K-25K)。
3)成熟稳定后,表现突出优秀者,有机会加入KA项目部成为高级客户经理(40-50W+),或转型销售管理岗!
实地面试方式:初试+复试,均需要实地面试;特殊情况如果人在外地,来沪求职意愿度清晰,2周内能来沪实地复试的,可以提前安排视频初试
