职位描述
岗位职责：
1. 在紧迫的截止期限内独立工作的能力，以项目优先级为首要任务。
2. 在错误跟踪系统中记录、管理和重新测试缺陷。
3. 向项目利益相关者报告测试状态、重要阶段和问题。
4. 对细节的敏锐关注，特别擅长识别不一致和缺陷。
5. 广泛地更新和使用Confluence页面以实现开放的知识共享。
任职要求：
1. 掌握一门编程语言, Java/python优先。
2. 熟练掌握性能测试。
3. 对测试工作有热情，有软件测试经验。
4. 熟悉敏捷开发周期、技术要求和项目管理。
5. 对计算机体系结构、数据结构和编程实践相关的概念有充分的理解。
6. 熟练掌握SQL和软件架构。
7. 熟练使用集成调试/测试工具。
8. 有移动端测试经验这优先考虑。
9. 杰出中英文沟通交流能力，优先考虑。
